Knowlej Team Setup in Cafeteria

  • Knowlej team arrives and prepares the registration/onboarding station.
  • Verify technology, internet connectivity, and registration materials.
  • Coordinate with school staff regarding student flow and support.

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
Student Introduction to the Knowlej Program Knowlej Team
  • Introduce students to the Knowlej platform and its purpose.
  • Explain program benefits and expectations.
  • Provide an overview of the registration process.

Teachers & Support Staff
  • Assist with student supervision and engagement.
  • Help address questions and ensure students are prepared for registration.

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Zoom Registration and Account Activation Students
  • Access the Knowlej registration link.
  • Create and activate their accounts.
  • Log in and verify access to the platform.

Knowlej Team
  • Facilitate the Zoom registration session.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance for account setup and activation.
  • Troubleshoot and answer student questions.

Teachers
  • Monitor participation and support students during registration.
  • Encourage students to complete all required steps.

Support Staff / Verification & Closure

  • Assist students experiencing registration or login difficulties.
  • Confirm student accounts have been successfully activated.
  • Verify students can access the Knowlej platform.
